Before you apply:

FAQ answers are general customer information. Your actual rights, obligations, repayment schedule and finance charges are determined by the applicable loan agreement and Namibian law. NAMFISA encourages consumers to read and understand their agreements before signing.

What is DK Finance?

DK Finance is a financial services provider in Namibia offering loan products to qualifying customers. The website provides information, application channels, customer support and tools such as the loan calculator. A website enquiry or application is not an approval.

How much can I apply for?

The website advertises quick cash of up to N$30,000. The amount you request is subject to eligibility, affordability assessment, verification, internal assessment and the final loan agreement. Requesting N$30,000 does not guarantee that N$30,000 will be approved.

What interest rate does DK Finance advertise?

The website currently advertises a 26% rate. The online calculator uses 26% as a simple illustrative finance charge applied once to the requested principal. The actual finance charges, repayment schedule and other costs applicable to an approved loan are governed by the final agreement and applicable Namibian requirements.

How does the loan calculator work?

Enter the amount, choose a term, select your salary frequency and provide your next salary payment date. For illustration, the calculator applies 26% once to the principal and divides the resulting total by the selected number of months. It is not a quotation or a substitute for the final loan agreement.

Who can apply?

Applications are considered against DK Finance eligibility requirements and applicable affordability and verification procedures. Applicants must provide accurate information and supporting documents and must be legally entitled to enter into the relevant agreement.

What documents do I need?

The application currently requests a three-month stamped bank statement, latest payslip and certified copy of identification. DK Finance may request additional or updated information when reasonably required for verification and affordability assessment.

Why do you need three months of bank statements?

Bank statements can help establish income patterns, recurring expenses and available discretionary income. NAMFISA consumer guidance identifies recent payslips and three months of bank statements among documents that may be used for affordability assessment.

Why do you need my latest payslip?

A recent payslip helps verify income and recurring deductions. It may be considered together with other information when assessing affordability and the requested facility.

Do I need a certified ID copy?

Yes, the current online application requests a certified copy of your ID or other accepted identification document. The document should be clear, valid and suitable for verification.

How quickly will my application be processed?

DK Finance advertises same-day approval and a payout target within 30 minutes after approval and completion of applicable requirements. These are service targets, not guarantees. Processing may take longer where documents are incomplete, verification is required, an affordability assessment takes additional time or banking processes cause delays.

Does applying mean I will be approved?

No. An application is a request for assessment. DK Finance may approve, decline or adjust an application after considering eligibility, affordability, verification, existing obligations and other applicable criteria.

Can I apply online?

Yes. Select “Apply Online” in the website header to complete the online application. You can also contact DK Finance by phone or WhatsApp for application assistance.

Can I apply by WhatsApp or email?

Customers can contact DK Finance using the published WhatsApp/telephone number and email address for enquiries and document submission where instructed. Always verify that you are using DK Finance’s official contact details before sending personal documents.

What is the official DK Finance email address?

The published customer email address is dkfinancee@gmail.com.

Where is the Windhoek office?

The website lists DK Finance at Continental Building, Independence Avenue, 1st Floor, Offices 43–44, Windhoek, Namibia.

Where is the Otavi branch?

The website lists the Otavi branch as being opposite the Police Station in Otavi, Namibia.

Will my information be kept confidential?

DK Finance uses customer information to process enquiries and applications, conduct verification and affordability assessment, administer approved facilities, meet legal and regulatory obligations and protect against fraud or misuse. Customers should review the website Terms & Conditions for the fuller information and should never send PINs or passwords.

Does DK Finance use cookies?

Yes. The website uses essential cookies and similar technologies to support functionality, remember preferences and understand general website usage. Customers can manage cookies through their browser settings. More information is provided in the Terms & Conditions.

What if I cannot afford the repayment?

Do not proceed simply because a calculator shows an estimated repayment. Consider your income, essential expenses and existing commitments. If your circumstances change or you anticipate difficulty making a payment, contact DK Finance promptly to discuss the matter.

Can I have another loan if I already have one?

Any additional borrowing is subject to assessment. NAMFISA states that registered microlenders must conduct an affordability assessment before granting further loans and consider existing obligations.

Can DK Finance keep my bank card, PIN or original ID?

Customers should never provide a bank card PIN, online banking password or one-time password. NAMFISA also identifies keeping bank cards, PIN codes or original identification documents as prohibited conduct for microlenders.

What happens if I miss a payment?

Contact DK Finance as soon as possible. The consequences of a missed or late payment are determined by your loan agreement and applicable law. Do not ignore payment difficulties, because prompt communication can help clarify the available process.

Can I settle my loan early?

Contact DK Finance and request the applicable settlement information. Any settlement amount, adjustment or fee will depend on your loan agreement and applicable requirements.

How do I make a complaint?

First contact DK Finance and provide the details of the issue so it can be reviewed through the applicable internal complaints process. If the matter cannot be resolved directly, customers can use the applicable consumer-protection and complaints channels available through NAMFISA. NAMFISA publishes consumer complaint information and guidance.

Is DK Finance regulated?

The website identifies DK Finance with NAMFISA registration number 25/11/1183. NAMFISA states that microlenders in Namibia are regulated and supervised under the Microlending Act, 2018 and related standards. Customers should verify regulatory information through official NAMFISA channels when necessary.

What should I do before signing a loan agreement?

Read the agreement carefully, confirm the amount you will receive, finance charges, repayment dates, total obligations and any other costs or conditions. Ask questions about anything you do not understand and keep a copy of the signed agreement. NAMFISA specifically encourages consumers to understand and keep their credit agreements.

What if someone asks me for a fee or my banking PIN?

Do not disclose your PIN, password or one-time password. Verify the request with DK Finance using the contact details published on this website. Be cautious of impersonation, fake approval messages and requests sent from unofficial numbers or accounts.

Is the website calculator a final quotation?

No. It is a planning tool only. The result is an illustrative estimate based on the calculator assumptions and does not create a contractual obligation to lend or borrow.

Where can I read the full terms?
